Change of Mind Returns

We support refund or exchange if below criteria is reached:
- request be proposed to us within 10 days after you received shippment.
- proof of purchase ( receipt, electronic online order invoice )
- product (including manual and accessories) and packaging carton is in its original condition, resaleable condition.
Please contact us at service@ultralinks.com.au, note that order delivery fee is non-refundable under such circumstance and buyer has to afford mail cost sending product back to our office first. 


Fault or Defect Returns

You can return the goods, request replacement or refund if you believe there is a fault or defect with the goods purchased within manufactuer warranty period.
Please contact us either by phone or simply write to customer service e-mail: service@ultralinks.com.au, give brief description of what's happening and your contact address, you're entitled to have it replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality or have full refund. We will assess your request for the goods to be collected, after that replacement shippment or a refund will be arranged.
Goods may be accepted for return at the absolute discretion of Ultralink Solutions, if the failure is minor, we reserve the right to offer repair only.  If identified that there is no fault with the product or it is damaged through misuse, we may require you for reimbursement for costs incurred, including product assessment fees imposed by the manufacturer and transport cost.
For all returns and refunds, evidence of purchase is necessory.
