Delivery fee is shown in your shopping cart. It may vary based on your location, product weight and size of the items purchased. Shipping cost will not available for bulk orders (total weight >5kg), please contact us at email@example.com under such circumstances. Other orders can be placed directly with displayed shipping cost.
If you're in Australia or New Zealand, orders placed and paid successfully before 5PM Monday to Friday will be shipped out within 2 business days if in stock. We will contact you if some one place order ahead that cause running out of stock, you can choose wait for shippment or cancel order and refund.
If your location is out of Australia or New Zealand, as product page declaration, we are under restriction to ship, there is no shipping cost available. If you place order before our confirmation, your order will be cancelled and refund.
Your order transit timeframe depends on your location. for items in stock:
- Australia metro areas, about 5 business days; regional areas about 6 - 7 business days, remote locations may up to 10 business days
- New Zealand about 5 - 10 business days
For preorder items which are out of stock, delivery time may up to 25 days.
